How do you define wellness? Is it physical? emotional? mental? spiritual?
Each of us connects to wellness in personal ways, through our life experiences, and in the levels of awareness we have of ourselves and surroundings. The abundant lifeforce energy or prana around us is a resource that is available at any time and can be used to cultivate wellness. You might know prana, a Sanskrit word, by another name: chi, ki, mana, or ruach. Prana is a subtle energy found everywhere. It’s the lifeforce found in the earth, air and sun. It can be generated through the breath, exercise, and meditation. It can be strengthened through the power of positive thought, intention, actions, and attitudes.
Many modalities in alternative healing use prana. Yet, one stands alone in its power and use for self-healing and healing others – Pranic Healing®. This modality was originated by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui, a chemical engineer and humanitarian who spent a lifetime studying Eastern and Western principles and methods in healing. This is a highly developed system of techniques that works with the energy body – the bio-electromagnetic field around the physical body which holds the chakra and meridian networks. It works to cleanse and energize the energetic anatomy resulting in physical and emotional pathways to wellness. Testimonials and studies have shown that increasing the prana – lifeforce energy to the body accelerates healing. This practice can also open pathways for spiritual development.
Blanca (El Paso) received Pranic Healing® sessions for anxiety. She dealt with overwhelming stress daily while dealing with her granddaughter’s chronic illness. She also suffered from lymphedema in her right arm, a long-time lingering side effect from earlier radiation therapy. After several sessions, she was calmer and surprised one day to feel no pain in her arm. “We had our doubts. Yet, we started weekly Pranic Healing sessions with a local practitioner and started seeing immediate changes. My granddaughter’s condition improved, and her medications and seizures were reduced. We healed as a family”.”
Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui gifted us with yet another tool for healing, Meditation Twin Hearts. This meditation activates the heart (the emotional heart) and the crown chakra (the spiritual heart), the twin hearts of the energetic anatomy. It works on physical, mental, and spiritual levels and draws down divine energy that flushes out negativity and flows through our bodies to promote healing. Regular practice of this very special meditation has been known to develop mental clarity, reduce stress and health issues, improve relationships, and increase overall vitality. It also leads to inner illumination and the sense of peacefulness. Meditation Twin Hearts has been presented in many forms for self-healing, psychological healing, planetary peace, and more. Its many versions have been adopted by millions globally and meditation groups are often facilitated by Pranic Healers in local communities for anyone seeking a healthy and safe alternative for an improved quality of life. Its benefits have been presented scientifically and are a complement to allopathic practices. Meditations are guided and simple to follow.
Pay attention to your body, energetically. Gift yourself with the practice of Meditation Twin Hearts. Those that have regular Pranic Healing® sessions coupled with this meditation often experience a better quality of life which, in turn, builds a positive personal outlook. Ruth (El Paso) sought alternative ways to manage her health. “I attend Pranic Healing sessions on a regular basis. Always, my sense of wellbeing is so much greater after each session. I also attend Twin Hearts Meditation on a regular basis. It is such a positive, calming, and relaxing meditation that provides me with a focus on the truly important things in my surroundings.”
