. . . from the Publisher
by Karen Larré
The book on the cover of this issue, Eat Live Thrive Diet: A Lifestyle Plan to Rev Up Your Midlife Metabolism is a real gem. It’s truly comprehensive, yet targeted and doable for those of us in midlife. I love that it covers so many bases, including the mind/body connection and self-talk as well as troublesome foods and even specific restaurants and healthy packaged foods. The authors are more Christian-oriented than I have ever featured in the past; a departure from Truly Alive’s typical spiritual fare. Yet, I found the author’s principles to be universal and applicable to anyone of any faith who wishes to utilize their positive aspects to further their weight loss.
As we enter 2020, Truly Alive is launching a strong social media campaign. We did a bit of social media marketing in 2019, and our presence (especially the promotion of advertiser’s digital content) will be ramped up going forward. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to me: email@example.com or call 505-828-3430.
The most gratifying part of my job is when I get reader calls (I get them every year) saying something like, “thank you for doing what you do. This service or that practitioner or product changed my life. I am so grateful to have found them in Truly Alive.” And so, I am happy to announce that we are also expanding our distribution. With approximately 300 current locations from Los Lunas to Santa Fe (covering the central NM corridor), adding even more locations will enhance readership even further. If you know of a location that would likely allow Truly Alive to be available for pickup, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask permission and wherever approved, place racks (we supply 3 different sizes) and stacks. For a list of current pickup locations, please visit our hard copy locations page: https://trulyalive.net/hard-copy-locations/.
May 2020 be a most amazing year for us all!
