Happy New Year to You! With the beginning of each New Year often comes a series of New Year’s resolutions; all of which imply changes, with the goal of a better life and/or a better You.
Losing weight, stopping smoking, getting out of a bad relationship, getting a better job etc., are typical examples. Getting and staying healthy should really be at the top of your list. Without good health, is hard to accomplish anything. Looking vibrant and young boosts confidence and works as a catalyst to accomplish your goals.
By looking young, I don’t mean looking artificial as if coming out of a wax museum without any facial expression. I mean to treat your skin with love and consideration. Here are some recommendations: (1) Use a good sunscreen (SPF50) to prevent skin cancer and wrinkles, (2) Choose a good moisturizer to prevent dry skin, (3) Drink 4-6 glasses of water for hydration and to promote collagen formation and maintenance, (4) Sleep well to avoid or improve those bags under your eyes, (5) Look for different ways to prevent and manage stress by not putting too much on your plate.
LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF
Unfortunately, even with our best efforts, we cannot avoid all the negative skin changes that come with aging. Ugly, unwanted growths do show up in our skin; those marionette lines (that come from the corner of the mouth to the chin) make us look sad or angry. Frown lines can make you look mad all the time and give a false impression. And last but not least, that turkey neck helps to complete the whole aging picture.
No wonder AGING IS NOT FOR SISSIES! Some people want to age with dignity (letting nature take its course). Others, (including me) want to feel and look young inside and out.
If you want to keep a younger, fresh and natural look and get ready for the New Year with confidence, we can work together to achieve that goal, UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL. Call me for a FREE consultation: 505-299-0069. You will obtain benefits far BEYOND THE SKIN. Affordable prices,
