NLP promotes skills, such as self-reflection, confidence, and communication. The popularity of neuro-linguistic programming or NLP has become widespread since it started in the 1970s. Its uses include treatment of phobias and anxiety disorders and improvement of workplace performance and personal happiness. Neuro-linguistic programming is a way of changing someone’s thoughts and behaviors to help achieve desired outcomes.
Hypnotherapy is broad and varied, touching on physical, psychological and mental health conditions. From chronic pain or depression to acute and sudden illness, it can be used to overcome a phobia, someone being paralyzed by an overwhelming fear, for smoking cessation, as a weight loss tool, confidence booster and more.
Together, we will detect and modify unconscious biases or limitations of an individual’s map of the world. NLP operates through the conscious use of language to bring about changes in someone’s thoughts and behavior. Hypnosis allows us to make beneficial changes in the very depths of the subconscious. We can safely bypass the conscious, critical part of the mind and “reprogram” the subconscious so that it takes on new thoughts and ideas. Having both tools allows use of the most beneficial method (or a combination) for accelerated results.
