What are you doing during the Pandemic of 2020? My hope is that you are taking time. Taking time to love more, rest longer, heal yourself, and the world. I was told by my guide Mary-El that I was to take time to send healing to the world. For two months. Three times a day!
Listening to one’s guides can be hard. Taking time to be in prayer and meditation for hours a day for two months does not sound fun. Yet, it is such an opportunity for growth. I have grown as a healer and to trust them at a greater and deeper level.
Mary-El is always ready to assist. And now, today, she wishes you to relax, to be in peace, and to know you are safe. She given us this meditation.
“Allow yourself a few moments to sit or lie down. Be comfortable in a safe place.
Close your eyes. Breathe gently. Inhale into your lungs and down to your feet. Exhale. Repeat. Inhale into your lungs and up to your crown. Exhale. Repeat. Inhale into the fullness of your form and allow the breath to fill you beyond your form. Expand beyond yourself. Repeat the last breath three more times or until you are calm and expanded beyond yourself.
In the human form are many points of energy. These energy points are areas unseen. They are entry and exit points. The energy points allow the Aspects: love, ascension, health, protection, light, union, peace, and truth, to enter the form. Upon entering these, Aspects flow within to the heart and naval which houses the Soul. As each Aspect flows into the heart and naval, anything that is not an Aspect must leave. This is commanded to be so.
So, you will simply say the Aspect and allow it, feel it, appreciate it as it flows to your heart and naval, the home of your Soul.
Repeat each Aspect and deeply inhale and exhale three times. Know that the Aspect will enter to your heart and soul.
Do each Aspect thusly Say: Love, inhale deeply, exhale, repeat two more times.
Now continue to rest and be at peace.”
