A computer, cell-phone, emails and even an election can be hacked… but what is hacking and is there some way it can help you? Wikipedia says, “a Life Hack refers to any trick, shortcut, skill, or novelty method that increases productivity and efficiency in all walks of life”.
When it comes to health, life-hacking refers to anything that you can do to optimize your functioning. Benefits include better health, physical flexibility, mental focus, emotional ease, etc. The goal is to maximize quality of life though functional longevity. Optimization of the nervous system should be prioritized for all life hackers.
The nervous system animates, motivates, and coordinates all body functions. Its condition determines how you feel and experience life. Optimizing your nervous system is a major key to peak performance, efficiency, well-being and health. Life-hacking (or Bio-Hacking) the spine should be your top priority!
A research study from UC Irvine Medical School found that people tripled the benefits of their wellness lifestyle activities by adding Network Care (Network Spinal Analysis) to their self care regimen. The research also shows that even just one Network session increases brain function twenty to thirty times!
One aspect of the nervous system, the vagus nerve, is exceptionally important in organ function and its function is mostly autonomic, meaning that it controls heart rate, digestion and all the unconscious functions of the body. My focus is on re-regulating the spinal and nervous systems. As I work with the bones, I am really working to affect change in the nervous system by optimizing spinal and neural function. Network Care has been researched and shown to improve quality of life, function, and overall health, and people agree.
