If you have struggled with limiting beliefs (affecting your life, relationships and/or finances), read on. Transformation is only a call away. And it’s easier than you think. NLP techniques are so effective and effortless that Tony Robbins uses them and TEDx speakers are raving about them.
Beliefs are entrenched thoughts or concepts we hold that certain things are true or real. They act as on/off switches stimulating certain responses. A belief system is the actual set of precepts from which we live our daily lives; those which govern our thoughts, words, and actions. Core beliefs are hardened, rock-like thoughts and assumptions usually based on early choices and decisions than are likely long forgotten. They are lies about ourselves that we may have swallowed, such as, “I am unlovable”, or “I am totally incompetent”.
Values are ideas we hold to be important. They govern the way we behave, communicate and interact with others. Beliefs and values determine our attitudes and opinions.
Knowing something is always arrived at through personal experience. Unlike beliefs which are invariably arrived at through a process of logical deduction and/or are taught to people by their peers, mentors, and society.
