We can say that these are interesting times and keep our focus on being hopeful, positive, and rising above fear. In our minds, we process the news. In our hearts, we pray for healing. The change that we want to see begins within ourselves and extends far into the ether. Self-healing and energetic hygiene have always been important, yet as we evolve into today’s new normal, awareness of our daily routines is becoming far more important to maintaining our wellness. Or is it our sanity? How are you helping yourself?
The energy body is a bioplasmic field of energy enveloping and becoming the blueprint of the physical body. We manifest illnesses and imbalances there before the physical body takes on the symptoms and signs of illnesses, diseases, and disorders. Working in the energy body’s chakra and meridian systems enables us to release (cleanse) the toxic energy that we accumulate and to replace (energize) it with clean energy so the physical body can absorb what it needs to stay healthy.
The practice of cleansing and energizing includes daily exercise and meditations to flush out staleness, release anxiety, and generate an increased flow of energy. Salt baths laced with lavender or tea tree oil neutralize negativities sticking to us that ultimately congest the energy body.
Many healing modalities can also help. I work with Pranic Healing®, a highly evolved system of simple no-touch techniques developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. He believed that “everyone has the innate ability to heal” and spent a lifetime in research, practice, and teaching. Pranic Healing® draws on the lifeforce – prana – to cleanse and energize the bodies. It gives us the tools for self-healing. The simple sweep of a hand makes a positive difference overall well-being.
You’ve taken care of yourself. How do you care for others? Grandmaster’s most popular book, Miracles in Pranic Healing, outlines the principles of the Pranic Healing® practice along with protocols that guide practitioners in relieving ailments from simple headaches to more severe conditions. Free Pranic Healing® clinics have cropped up over time to service communities. Yet, our latest new normal has us home sheltering, social distancing, and limiting physical contact with friends, neighbors, colleagues, and those associated with many services.
The solution to this is distance healing. It is based on the principles of interconnectedness and directability. We can use these principles with intention to help others by cleansing and energizing their energy bodies distantly. It’s about bridging the distances among us. If you would like to know more about this, find a Pranic Healer in your area. Pranic Healers are offering online introductory lectures. Pranichealing.com offers information.
Help yourself and others by practicing Meditation Twin Hearts. This is another extraordinary gift from Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui. The key to the benefits of this guided meditation is the activation of the heart and crown chakras. The loving and divine quality of the energy drawn through these power centers generates peacefulness and serenity. Its benefits, with regular practice, have been known to develop mental clarity, reduce stress and health issues, improve relationships, and increase overall vitality.
Leroy (El Paso, TX) is an Army Veteran who was stuck in a world of PTSD that started in an abusive childhood and became more aggravated while in the Army. His first Pranic Healing® session released years of angst along with emotional and mental issues. He experienced a sense of peacefulness. He began a regular practice of Meditation Twin Hearts and followed up with Pranic Healing® sessions in his community’s free clinics. “I was looking for help-another way to help me function normally again,” says Leroy. “I found it …” Leroy is now a Pranic Healer and works with a group doing distant healings on COVID-19 patients and frontline medical personnel. He is making a difference in the lives of many people.
Help yourself and bridge distances through healing and the power of Meditation and Twin Hearts. Be safe. Be well. www.facebook.com/elpasopranichealing
